About The Body-Based Mindfulness Center
The Body-Based Mindfulness Center is nestled in a beautiful 4,500-square-foot Victorian home in the Old North End of Colorado Springs. Built in 1899, the space has served as a hub for healing for over 30 years, formerly housing medical and mental health professionals committed to compassionate care.
Since May 2021, it has been home to our integrative center, where historic charm meets holistic practice. With three buildings on the property—including dedicated spaces for somatic therapy, trauma-informed yoga, massage, Reiki, and empowerment-based self-defense—our campus is designed to support mind-body healing in a welcoming, inclusive environment. We consider it sacred space, where all are valued and supported.
