The Soma & Soul Women’s Group at The Body-Based Mindfulness Center provides a safe, nurturing space for women to explore emotional healing, self-empowerment, and deeper connection with their bodies.
Rooted in trauma-informed principles, this group incorporates somatic practices, mindfulness, and guided discussions to support participants in releasing stored trauma while fostering balance in mind, body, and spirit. With a focus on building community, participants are encouraged to reconnect with their inner strength, intuition, and authentic self.

The Immortal Jedi Men’s Group at The Body-Based Mindfulness Center is a transformative, trauma-informed space designed for men seeking personal growth, emotional healing, and resilience. Through intentional discussion, mindfulness practices, and community-building, participants are empowered to explore healthy masculinity, release emotional burdens, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
This group cultivates strength, vulnerability, and a deeper mind-body connection while fostering a supportive brotherhood for men on their healing journey.
Registration is required.
