Peer recovery coaching
Peer Recovery Coaching connects you with trained professionals who have lived experience navigating recovery from trauma, addiction, or mental health challenges. Coaches offer compassionate, non-clinical support, helping you set goals, build healthy routines, and access resources. This empowering relationship focuses on connection, accountability, and practical tools for everyday healing and resilience.

SCHEDULE:
Peer coaching is offered weekdays with flexible daytime and evening sessions available. Packages and one-time sessions can be arranged directly with a coach.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy at The Body-Based Mindfulness Center offers a safe, confidential space to explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences with a licensed mental health provider. Our therapists integrate somatic, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed approaches to support healing at every level—body, mind, and spirit. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, one-on-one counseling is tailored to meet your unique needs and therapeutic goals.

SCHEDULE:
Sessions are available Monday through Saturday with flexible scheduling. Telehealth and in-person options offered based on provider availability.

Group Therapy

Group therapy provides a supportive, shared space to process emotions and experiences with others facing similar challenges. Guided by a licensed therapist, our groups focus on themes such as trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, body connection, and emotional resilience. Group work helps reduce isolation, normalize experience, and build community—all while offering structured tools for healing and growth.
